Agree 100 %. The mentioned "help" could be to use more than one instance in a single signal route from one machine. A lot of expression can be achieved by using 2 or 3 FunkyVerbs with different decay times, room sizes and predelays routing either serial or parallel or in combination of both. Including different paning and frequency damping. Depends on the achieved aim.Joachip wrote:I'd say LarsHa FunkyVerb, but it needs a lot of "help".esp81 wrote:So what's currently the most stable/best sounding reverb in Buzz in your opinion? My favorite is definitely HALYverb, has anyone had problems with it?
And I think commercial VSTs like Lexicon, CSR (the one Bahador mentioned) and ArtsAcoustic are much much better sounding.
Funkaverb is in my opinion the ideal native buzz machine to create a versatile cascade of reverberation. The disappointment of (free) VST-based reverbs carries on. I checked a lot, they often sound harsh and poor metallic. I allways return to Funkyverb (and sometimes to Jeskola Raverb). The good comercial ones could do it better, but with a proper multi instance setup of Funkyverb you can achieve very good results.
