I've been playing with 0.5 a bit today and although I can save the machine binding (qsamo in this case) for the first track, and have it there when I reopen it, all the other bindings get dropped. I have a peerctrl assignment set for each track, which does work for all of them on reopening, but I don't think this is interfering.

Not really a big problem, I'll just use a few instances of the machine but thought you might like to know. It's really very useful if you have a lot of muted machines which you don't want to have sitting there using cpu. Thanks.

Actually multiple instances doesn't work because on reopen, if you only have track 0 assigned for each of them, they all aquire the binding you set for the one which is loaded first. It could also the binding from the one whose assignment you made first as well. Might test this in a bit.
