Sample root notes (converting)

Should this one be here or in the "Samples"-section? Well, here goes anyway: is there a way to change the root note of a sample automatically (as a batch job)?
I tried to search for this around the 'net sometime ago, but with thin results. The problem is I have quite a heap of samples with almost-random root notes. This wouldn't be a problem otherwise but when trying different samples in the wavetable for "that certain kick-drum, etc. sound" (whimsical tinkering which usually takes some time), the root note has to be adjusted manually every time the sample is changed. And this becomes quite irritating after a while. So is there a way to fix this in Buzz or with a separate software? Someone else must been pondering with this problem too :D

Try waveosaur, it has a batch system.

RootKey 2 WAV seems to do that ... more useful programs on that site, too:

Thanks, this seems to work. Although I admit that using this was somewhat random: my German is really lousy ;)
