Sample triggered...keyboard keys

Hey
Just wondering if there is a simple way of triggering samples live on nu buzz...e.g. hit 'z' key and a snare is played, hit 'x' key and a tom is played....
In the past I have used a newer version of samplegrid...but it always involves a fair bit of fiddling/ buzz voodoo to get it to work the way I like...is there a simple way that doesn't involve beta machines....I have just done a fresh install of nu buzz on my new laptop....
