Polac VSTi Loader too old?

Hi fellows,

as I already mentioned in my previous post: I haven't been buzzing for like 1 year now, 'cause I have really annoying problems with buzz since I've reinstalled my system. It's really a shame :'-(
And aside of the problem with Jeskola Noise Generator-XP, my buzz keeps on telling me when I open it:
"Warning, Installed 'Polac VSTi Loader' (...\Gear\Generators\Polac VSTi1.1.dll) is too old. Get the latest version."
But i've already got the latest version, which is apparently "polac_vst_v1.1.9.9.3"

Can you please help me? And am I the only one who has this problem, cause I couldn't find anything on the forums.

Thanks aaaaa lot in advance!
Matthias

PS: I've also so asked on buzzmachines.com

you must have misplaced some pvst files or have duplicates of those files. its a common problem.

delete all pvst files and install latest again.

Ok good, I'm going to check that out when I'm coming back from work. Thanks!

Hmmm. So I've opened the zip-file polac_vst_v1.1.9.9.3, in order to find out which files I have to delete and I have used the Windows search function and deleted them. Then I opened Buzz and it was luckily still working, no Error message and of course I couldn't open any VST. After I reextracted the files I got the same problem again :-(

Any other idea?

Thanks for you reply, Oskari. But isn't 1.1.9.9.3 the newest? I mean it's the newest I could find and I found it on buzzmachines.com

Nope - 1.1.10 b27 is the latest (as linked to on the very first reply to your message)

hi lizard,
I answered your qustion already on buzzmachines.com and explained there that people (including you) will find more support and the latest version of pvst-loader under jeskola.net ... funny you already posted the same question here  ... be aware that I got a whole bunch of error-messages of effects and gens being in the wrong folders, when I first started the latest "new buzz 1472" superb that buzz-recognizes and notifies these wrong placed machines ... I'm convinced you'll be able to work with the more actual versions of polac-loader ... :D

Hey Lizard, don't lose hope:) Polac loaders are the shiznit! I am able to load anything from regular 32-bit VSTs to 64-bit, to VST3 64-bit and so on. Polac's loaders can even handle 64-bit NI Reaktor. So far everything works properly:) Maybe do a clean reinstall of Buzz from Oskari's page + use the Polac's loaders on these forums to top it off. It's a matter of time before it all works :D
