Feature Request: Default BPM and TPB in the Settings

So for example, when you create a new song, it would automatically start with your desired BPM and TPB already set. This would be a very useful feature since I use 16 TPB on all my songs.

Create a bmx (or bmw for that matter!) with your desired default speed, save it (maybe then make it Read-only) and use that as your launcher shortcut to buzz.
