After updating Kontakt 4, the GUI no longer loads in Buzz. I have 'View -> GUI' selected but nothing shows up. I'm wary of updating any of my other vst's in case the same thing happens to them.

Where do I find that option?

ETA: Nevermind, I found it. Disabling it didn't help.

i don't think has something to do with "autostop process on silence" but in the loader preferences - bridge options you can try disabling "embedded vst gui".

In preferences next to the "Run As Separate Process" checkbox is an "Options..." button.

Do I need the latest version of the Polac VSTi ? Will replacing the version I'm using affect the projects I'm working on now?

Unchecking "Embedded VST GUI" didn't help though.

i also had some gui related problems a while ago with kontakt but it is solved for me,i'm using kontakt 5.

you can check a couple things,

renaming ni plugins doesn't work well.

all native instruments software needs to run the respective standalone first before the plugins are working properly.

play around with the adjustments in the option window.

are your drivers on your computer up to date (graphics etc)?



otherwise,i don't know at which point kontakt 4 is now, i also had some ni support tickets in the past and i had much more trouble with ni plugins than with any other plugin specially with reaktor but now all is working nicely.

My drivers are up to date, and Kontakt runs properly in standalone.

Seems the problem was with the .dll files. Replacing them solved the issue.
