Does anybody know about speech synthesis? I would like to create speech synthesis, but I don't know the correct elements required to construct one within Buzz. I'm having a tough time creating certain sounds. I have been using the formant filters in Philthy, a synthesizer, and a whitenoise generator, but I'm not sure if I'm missing anything. I'm hoping the expert Buzz devs can point me in the right direction.

Well there is this which has a section for speech synthesis, but I've never worked out how the hell you're meant to use it

				german example here

 :
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=65#p479
V2 seems to be problematic with newer buzz builds and recent windows os though.
working fine here with winxp and buzz bld 1481

Yes unfortunately V2 is not an option for me.
My goal is to create a system from scratch using only synthesizers and effects (not specialized speech synthesis).

My end goal is a playable speech synthesizer like a voder, although I don't think I can get it to be as expressive.
