or subdivisions or whatever. I'm insane and using like every prime number up to 89 which seems to be the limit, but still it should just slow down shouldn't it? I tried time critical priority but that doesn't seem to help

oh yeah I'm using matilde tracker 3. Maybe a different machine will be able to handle it

That's an interesting question and a fascinating musical idea. Would you elaborate on what exactly you're doing? Maybe I'll try it and see if I can reproduce the crash :)

What in heavens name are you doing?
Could you please provide a screenshot, so that we may get an idea what's going on?

sure I'll do some printscreens when I get home

in other news I've made my own sequencer in the meantime, subdivision can be any positive floating point number haha. It takes it a step further too, it reads a text string so you have like 37 or so samples you could trigger with one keystroke. like "if49jutj09t09utk" would be a pattern

sorry so late

uses blok and blok fx, so you may only be able to hear the tracker machines/drum patterns. It's only divided into 5ths and 3rds I think but the tempo changes erratically which might crash it too?

obviously you need to enable subtick timing

Hmm... I tried three different zip programs. None of them were able to uncompress this.
Could you please use something slightly more modern, like for example rar or 7zip? Or don't compress it at all?
