buzz forums

My keyboard does it, but I don't know if any native buzz machines can do it. Stuck to mono/channel pressure for now. Qsamo doesn't seem to. I'd imagine some of the newer vst support it, but maybe not. If I discover anything I'll post it here for the record.

Oatmeal supports polyphonic aftertouch. It's the only one that I know for sure that does.
