Zero Order Hold in Buzz?

Is there a way to convert normal audio to a zero order hold in Buzz?

matilde's resampling is poor, but not THAT poor hehe, the worst it can do is linear interpolation iirc.
anyway, using a sample&hold or bitcrusher vst plugin (where you can adjust bit- and samplerate) probably comes close, not sure what you're after.

Samplerate degraders / reducers will do this too, e.g. the one in Saturn.

I wrote once an algo that does this and nothing else, in a very nice bandlimited way. It's a VST though, this should do it:

Should port that to a buzzmachine someday...
