Any expieriences with this device? It seems to be cool and more intuitive to use real knobs instead of using a mouse. What do you think about it?

I've had my BCR2000 for over five years and it has served me very well!

I've heard they're built very well, I've also seen pics of Daft Punk using them so they must be fairly reliable.

behringer and "built like a tank" don't go into the same sentence, if they work its pure luck :)

 apparently they're built well enough to play for a crowd of 20,000 people, and I'm playing shows with someone who's been using the same bcf for about 2 years with no problems, if I wasn't using my Akai I'd probably have one too.

maybe they have to replace them after every gig ;) go ahead, buy it, regret giving your money to a company that can't come up with durable products (not surprising for the cheap cheap cheap price). i owned several of their products, and they all broke quite fast. never again. btw, the bcf2000 died exactly during a live show, you can imagine that didn't really motivate me to shove more money into their asses.

or maybe they toss them into the crowd after every show like a guitar pick or drumstick lol

Instead of hating on Behringer, why not suggest an alternative?

well, i have / had some doepfer gear (drehbank / pocket dial) that still worked after years, but not sure they even make them anymore. Replaced the mixer with an ecler one but thats a total different product category so won't help you. My point is just that i wouldn't buy behringer again, ever. Just my oppinion, i don't really care what you'll get :) The question was for oppinion about the gear, mine is negative, so what? There's also positive reviews here, decide for yourself.

Yea we got the point that you dislike Behringer. lol
I can understand your point of view, your first comments just weren't very helpful and seemed a bit trollish.

but fair enough, I share the same hatred for M-Audio. :)

And what about programming this BCR2000 - is it easy and stable and knobs works fine? I don't mean a miner or a steelworker hands but usual guys ones. ;)

/Shro0m tosses some gasoline on the flame... :P
I know M-audio's reputation for having good / stable drivers isn't the best, but..

Personal experience:
My old Audiophile 2496 worked very well with XP, but got somewhat wonky with w7 64bit, even with the "new" vista/w7 driver.
I don't have any issues with my newer Audiophile 192 on w7 64bit though, and can be picked up for a quite reasonable price tbh. Of course there are better, but usually more expensive:)
All in all, i guess they have some unstable products, but you can also get some ok products.

UNZ: You did buy Skyrim didnt you? Buggy as fuck, but still a great game innit? ;)

good comparsion, since skyrim and maudio stuff are both toys ;) I also bought an RME because i was sick of companys not able / willing to write proper drivers if their life depends on it. I need something to work with. Best drivers / hardware EVER!

i also still work with doepfer gear. this stuff was more or less handmade in small numbers and therefore expensive.
but the sliders/knobs seem durable.
