PeerCtrl side by side configuration error SOLVED

Took me half an hour to figure this out so I thought I'd post here for posterity:
If you get a "Side by Side configuration incorrect" message when trying to load PeerCtrl, you are missing a dependency or two.
PeerCtrl depends on vcredist 2005. You can get it here, I used the x86 version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=26347
