So I have 3 MIDI Out devices, one of which is the Kurzweil PC3

1 In #(Korg Wavestate)
2- UMC404HD 192k MIDI OUT #Behringer Audio Interface
Kurzweil PC3 #Kurzweil PC3

I am finding the MIDI out devices for the other 2 devices, but not the Kurzweil

I always seem to find the fix as soon as I ask for help...

Fix was do the VST plugin scan. Now it's there.

Yes if a new midi device is added you have currently to rescan the midivst.dll via "Scan Shell". Not the most elegant way how it is implemented right now. I did this to prevent long loading times on opening Buzz. Though it could be done better, perhaps I'll redo the shell scanning.
