New multi-IO mixer

I've always used Mimo's excellent MixIO but I recently found that its mute/solo controls are not exported data-wise as I need so I wondered whether my 'Pedal Gain Multi' effect could back-port from ReBuzz to Buzz. Turns out converting it from managed ReBuzz machine to native Buzz machine was trivial (for Claude, just a bit time-consuming for me!) so the result is a new multi-IO mixer for Buzz1503.
