Whats the best format for media vst. Everyone so far has played double speed

Media vst? I'm not sure what you mean... Also "double speed" sounds odd, do you mean they play faster or at a higher tone?

It's the video playing plugin that's included with pvst.
And what formats have you tried playing ?

ahhhh, i'd completly forgotten about that one!

I have tried Flv and Mp4 they both played double speed. I am working on some covers thought i would try and use youtube videos. Because you can see what there playing more than anything else. Not to bothered about sync but it would be nice. I,ll try out your tutorial see how i get on

On win7 it works here out of the box at least with avi/wmv. I think I had .mp4/.flv working here too with the right codecs.
