Is it possible to install Win7 on a computer where Vista is installed without having to re-install all softwares that were here before (particularly Buzz of course) and lose nothing ? Someone told me it's possible.

yes, insert dvd, upgrade.

what doesn't work: going from 32bit to 64bit

Home versions of Vista needs to be upgraded to Home versions of 7 and Business version to Pro -with exception that it is possible to upgrade from every version of Vista to Ultimate 7 (but not Starter).
Ok, i had to check that Starter edition because i wasn't sure.

Note Vista should have SP1 or SP2:
