I'm uploading a very very simple bmx that I made with a pattern of random notes (doctored up so it doesn't sound /completely/ obnoxious, even though it still does) - but so far I've been able to reproduce this multiple times. Play the song, hit mute, and unmute, maybe a few times and you'll start to notice that notes will begin to 'hang' and continue to pile up on each other the more times you mute and unmute. The only way to fix it is by actually hitting "stop" and then "play" again. This is with the default patch, and I'm pretty sure it shouldn't do this.

For me it's not a bug, just something about note off, buzz's stop is also a all note off (i suppose), you have no note off in your pattern, maybe a mute sending a all note off message will solve that.
Qsamo is midi, and in pattern editor you write midi note, i think i've also this trouble with other machines, note off is a recurrent issue with midi.
