I bet this is the thing where you try to open peerctrl GUI and nothing happens. Solution is to register envelope.ocx

Nah - it is not the reason. First of all - it happens on clean installation of Buzz, and second - after registering ocx manually - which ended successfully - problem remains the same.

Well, It was my mistake.
Those settings are invoked not directly from setings menu but from assignment settings menu...
