Error Message

Hi,

I keep getting an error message anytime I load any machine. I just bought a new Laptop with Windows 8.1. I downloaded build 1502.

The message reads:

Incompatible Build (Host 1502 , Pattern xp 1499)

Do you have any ideas to stop this? Should I just download build 1499?

I'm guessing you use the PXP mod? Try updating that.

Thanks for the message. Unfortunately I haven't installed the PXP Mod. I might just install the older version of buzz.

Never seen that error but if it happens when you load any machine, perhaps it's got something to do with the default pattern editor setting? Perhaps try changing that?

Just try reinstalling 1502 again, dont uninstall..just install again with the same path/settings. If i had to guess, it looks like you downloaded 1502 then pasted your old gear into the new install afterwards. That could replace pattern xp with an outdated version. Even if that's not what happend, just try it anyways.

Alternatively if that still doesn't work, some file might be somehow set to read-only. Move or delete your existing jeskola pattern xp.dll file out of buzz\gear\generators, then install again.
