Hi.
So I bought me a soundcard and now I want to use a mic.
I've managed to record in audacity and I've understood that I can get sounds from the microphone into Buzz via polac alsa in but it's there a way to record it to a track in some way? I mean, not just using the hard disk recorder.
Can I record sounds from Mic straight into Buzz?

Audiotrack will do that. It's not fancy but it works:

Sweet baby Jane!
It works!
I only have one problem. For some reason music from the other tracks is recorded to the audiotrack. Since I only have sound in the headphones while I speak into the mic I assume it's an issue with my soundcard...
EDIT: retried and now it works without flaws. Can't see why.

Nice one!
Yeah it's a great tool and while not perfect, brings me a little bit closer to my dream DAW setup where trackers and Reaper-style DAW functionality exist harmoniously side-by-side...
