PatternXP Mod crashes Buzz

Hi,

Buzz crashes every time I click on the Chord Dialog button (ctrl+shift+H) in PatternXP Mod.
But no problem if I insert a note in the first track,choose a chord in the drop down list and click on the Insert Chord button (ctrl+H).
I can also use arpeggios.
Any idea ?

This is what Dependency found with buzz.exe.
What are these dll missing ? How to correct ?
