1) Before the wpf menu change, the current/most recently opened file would always show up as recent file #1 in under the file menu. The most recently opened file now does not appear ever; unless you close buzz entirely. This means you have to do one of the follow so that your current file appears in the list; Close/reopen Buzz; Open another file you don't need and then reopen the one you want. Alternative option is to repeated use the file open dialog (ctrl-o) and re-open the file. That makes reloading/re-init'ing a track a pain.
2) The wavetable behavior changed recently also.. in the past, the machine would remember the wav you last selected, but, If you added or replaced a wav it would then automatically switch to that. It doesn't do this now.. if you add/replace any wav, the last wav in the list will always become selected.
To put it in steps:
Old behavior:
in PXP (or old editor), while currently editing notes, wav 02 is selected
-add wav (an open spot, doesnt matter if its the last or in the middle somewere) = that wave is now selected in the pattern editor
-replace wave in 02 slot = wave 02 is still selected in editor
Current behavior:
replace or add any wave in any spot = the last wave from the wavetable list will become selected in the pattern editor
Some recent UI/behavior changes
Re: Some recent UI/behavior changes
What i miss in the menu is numbers to choose recently opened file quickly with a number button. And having that menu opened with ALT+F before that.
Before opening any song in a list happened in a fraction of a second without even touching mouse.

It still doesn't automatically remove the files have been removed or renamed so not available for opening like it should and used to. Not even after restart of Buzz
