Hey I'm having trouble with getting live jump hack to work.
Has anyone had any luck using this machine with nu buzz.
I've used in in old buzz fine.
Live Jump Hack
Re: Live Jump Hack
Can anyone get Live Jump Hack to work?
Are there any other options that work in nu buzz?

Re: Live Jump Hack
This might work for you. It does some of the stuff that live jump does...
IX Transport ALPHA 2
Haven't touched it for a while (another dusty source of guilt). If you have any suggestions/requests feel free to speak up. You might motivate me finish it.

Re: Live Jump Hack
Thanks for this
I downloaded it but I'm not sure if it does what I was after - previously I used the key capture window to select a section to loop.
for setting it up etc.
I do have midi controller keyboard...so I will give it a shot when I get a chance.
Are thee any instructions online

Re: Live Jump Hack
Well, there used to be a thread at Buzzchurch that probably had some info but no, there's no instructions. Basically it lets you play/stop/record Buzz, seek forwards/backwards by x ticks and jump to tick x. Pretty simple.
Looking at the code now, I can see that I've added set/seek marker but it needs a bit of work. I kind of intended to make a WPF embedded GUI at some point but I haven't started that yet.
You could probably persuade it to do what you want with a bit of peer.

Re: Live Jump Hack
Thanks for the help
I tried connecting peer control to a IX transport and was messing with connecting other peers to this....
I couldn't get it to do exactly what I was after.
Then I actually checked BTDS' page looking for other weird peers...then I found a link for live jump hack for nu buzz.

Now it works beautifully!!!

Re: Live Jump Hack
Oops, shame on me. I forgot it had been updated. It's not a machine I've ever used.Grids wrote:Then I actually checked BTDS' page looking for other weird peers...then I found a link for live jump hack for nu buzz.
