Using LoopBe as midi input

I want to send midi to Buzz from another program using LoopBe, but I'm stuck on how to set it up. Connecting Internal Midi or Internal Midi (x64) to a machine doesn't produce any sound and I have the midi channels set up from the 'attributes' menu as well as having Internal Midi set as my midi input device. What am I missing?

It is an unfortunate coincidence that LoopBe identifies itself as "LoopBe Internal MIDI" - has nothing to do with Polac's Internal MIDI (don't try to use those machines in this case).

With "LoopBe Internal MIDI" selected as your MIDI input, all you should need to do is connect a MIDI-ready machine (such as any VSTi) to Master, and

right-click machine --> MIDI input channel --> choose your channel

(the above assumes settings --> MIDI --> MIDIFiltering --> True)

Also, you might be interested to check out this alternative to LoopBe: "loopMIDI" by Tobias Erichsen. It's donationware, lets you have how ever many devices you want, and you can choose your own names for the devices. (Also, it doesn't seem to crash on me like LoopBe used to sometimes).

If you want to send midi to a buzz machine or vst you could try the "polac midi in" machine.
