messages about missing elements in buzz,

sorry for the odd description.

i'm getting sometimes errors when loading specific vst's,for example psp noble-q, i'm trying to instigate what could be the culprit.

in the link a zip is appended containing a text file with excerpts from the buzz debug console and a png showing an error.
buzz doesn't crash but i restart it most of the times because the cpu gets strained.

i would be glad if somebody can help me,i'm using buzz x64.

another question,
buzz requires net framework client 4,is it possible to upgrade to net framework 4.5?
