Problem openning program

Hi I have a problem with the latest versions of the update , I can not open program

from version 1489 or older versions are ok.OS is Vista SP2 32bit

I have 1494 and it works with Vista SP2 32bit.
Have you tried a complete reinstall?

if nothing help try reinstall the system. yet you must install dotnetfx45_full_x86_x64 to make buzz work without that shit it Crashes
