Maybe someone remembers the old and good AnarchyRhythms VST - a very inspiring rhythm gate plugin developed by Anarchy Sound Software in 2002. Basically, it's a hybrid between a drum machine and a multi-effect gate processor, capable of converting right about anything you throw at it into a rhythm.
We have taken the source code and created a 64-bit version for Windows and a universal binary version for Mac. Since Buzz has also been compiled for x86_64 platform, you may want to try the 64-bit version of AnarchyRhythms. It's free and yours at http://www.anarchy-rhythms.com. Enjoy!
