alternative to psi-drum?

Post by AndersBrontosaurus »

I'm trying to revive old tracks. psidrum works but I've read that other drumkit players are to be preferred. is samplegrid the oneeveryone favours?

Yes I think, SampleGrid last beta, it loads old drumkits, multi out, many good options.

Thanks!

V 1.21 is the newest on buzzmachines but is there a fresher beta to be found anywhere else?

edit: Stupid me. Yes there is. On his website.

All (probably) the latest BTDSys machines are available at Sourceforge. You might have to dig a little to find some of them though. The more modern ones have their own folders but pretty much everything else btd ever uploaded is in the "Old downloads" folder. I really ought to clean that lot up.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/btdsys/files/

The SGrid3 BETA that magmavander posted is the latest version with native multi-out.

btd retired from Buzz dev ages ago. None of the old sites are maintained. Sourceforge is the place to go. There might even be an occasional update.
