couple of wierd problems

background: windows 8.1 x64, buzz 1500 x86, m-audio oxygen 25 midi controller.

latest polac asio drivers (x86) - when i select polac asio in preferences and click apply, i get the error dialog "ASIO initialization failed"

when i plug in the midi controller, it appears in buzz preferences, and i can select it as the midi input device. however, no midi input is registered in buzz.

hoping for some suggestions on troubleshooting this. thanks

fixed by deleting all polac vst files and replacing with the x86 versions.

correction: fixed everything except the asio initialization. polac asio still doesn't work. won't be an issue until i get my hardware hooked back up. :/ maybe the other polac drivers will do the trick.

I had a similar issue with polac asio was trying to use a driver in this case guitar rig that i had uninstalled but not properly. When i got rid of it polac started working again. I used the error report to see what driver it was causing the issue. Polac remembers drivers even though there gone and tries to use them
