I bought a Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet about six weeks ago and it has been pretty good for mobile computing. The quad core Bay Trail processor can run Buzz nicely for about 5+ hours on battery (using only Buzz machines, no VST, etc). Since Buzz does run in desktop mode, it's still best to use a bluetooth mouse (along with a bluetooth keyboard) rather than trying to use the touch screen with a stylus. It was difficult to find a cheap BT keyboard that had the important Insert and Delete keys, but I did find one. Windows 8.1 works well as a touch OS. It's fun always having Buzz in my backpack. It will be nice during summer when I can sit in the park and make tracks.
Apparently Dell is going to release 64bit tablets later this year.
