Polac VST (effects) window sizing.

Post by thepedal »

I'm trying to use a couple of vst3 effects with the latest Polac adapter.

Namely

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/p ... one-11-eq/
and
https://www.voxengo.com/product/span/

Having a heck of a time with window sizing. The Ozone one doesn't really jive because the window is never large enough to see all the gui and the Span one is ok but if you resize then you can easily end up with something that's enormous and can never be resized down again. Am I missing some setting here or is this a known problem with the huge variety of displays these days and whatnot. Working on a normal Thinkpad laptop with display at 2560x1440 but scale at 225%. Mostly this is to get Buzz to display nicely, I don't do much else in Windows on here.. Any help, as always much appreciated. Merry festive times to one and all etc.

I did some tweakings on the loader which now sets the leftmost window position to x0,y0. Then you can resize the gui via the window sizeframe(drag the window border) to make it fit to the monitor. Will upload the loader soon.
